Terms of Service

By accessing or using SellerHype, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.

2. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are independent contractors, not employees of SellerHype.
• Sellers are responsible for providing accurate customer information when submitting orders.
• Sellers must not misrepresent products, prices, or delivery timelines to customers.
• Sellers agree to the commission structure as displayed on each product.

3. Commissions & Payouts

• Commissions are calculated based on the product's commission rate at the time of order.
• Commissions are credited to your account after order delivery is confirmed.
• Payouts are processed during the 1st to 7th of each month.
• You must have verified bank details to receive payouts.
• SellerHype reserves the right to adjust commissions in cases of order returns, cancellations, or disputes.

4. Orders & Delivery

• SellerHype manages all supplier relationships, warehousing, and delivery logistics.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
• Sellers should communicate realistic delivery expectations to customers.
• Order cancellations may affect commission eligibility.

5. Referral Program

• Referral bonuses are earned when a referred seller completes 5 orders.
• Both the referrer and the referred seller earn AED 100 each.
• Referral bonuses are paid as part of the regular payout cycle.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

6. Platform Usage

• You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to hack, spam, or disrupt services.
• SellerHype reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SellerHype is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in the preceding 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active users of significant changes.

Cookie Policy

SellerHype uses essential cookies to provide and improve our service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

What We Use

• Authentication: Cookies to keep you signed in securely.
• Preferences: Cookies to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode).
• Referral Tracking: Cookies to track referral codes for 30 days.
